I wouldn't be surprised that real estate is auctioned off at below cost by 2010. The jobs are going away, the real estate prices are dropping, companies are going out of business, and soon - the "Dubai dream" will be over and things will be more realistic. I've been so surprised that it lasted this long but it had to happen, and now it has. The Dubai bubble has been waiting to pop for a very long time. I wouldn’t be surprised that real estate is auctioned off at below cost by 2010. The jobs are going away, the real estate prices are dropping, companies are going out of business, and soon – the “Dubai dream” will be over and things will be more realistic.

I’ve been so surprised that it lasted this long but it had to happen, and now it has.
