Emaar Lauches Eighth Gate Sale

Emaar-IGO, a venture between Emaar, Syria and IGO, an offshore investment and property development company, will launch an exclusive sale of prime office space at “The Eighth Gate,” – Emaar-IGO’s planned community in Syria, at the Downtown Burj Dubai sales centre on February 23rd – 10.00 to 18.00.

This will be a unique opportunity for Syrians in the UAE and investors seeking growth opportunities in Syria to purchase commercial space within the Eighth Gate Commercial Centre, located in Yafour, just fifteen minutes away from Damascus’ city centre.

The US$500 million Eighth Gate has 3 separate parts – The Waterfront, The Touristic Area and The Commercial Centre.
