Realistically - Property investment should be a long-term strategy. I know some have made fortunes very quickly over the last few years or so, but many of these guys are losing them just as fast as they made them.

Timing is what it is all about at the moment. When to get back in.

We sold out of most of our investment properties two years ago. Got stuck with a couple in Spain, but they will come back eventually.

The only losers at the moment are the forced sellers and those over-leveraged.

i.e - ALL THE BANKS

Nice article. In my opinion the prices will keep falling until all the financial crisis are over and the dust has settled. But still even after that I think to much investment will not be good since it will take some time to get the prices back. I have been reading about different investment tips and tricks from www.deangraziosi.com and totally agree with him. In my opinion there are always some indicators and the investor should keep a sharp eye on it.
