Listing your investment property for sale

IPI’s listing service is free of charge to any and all private sellers. You are welcome to list up to three properties for sale at no charge. Listing is a painless process.

How to list your property

1. Go to this page – Add my listings

You will see a signup screen:

Create an account, with a username and password. Please fill out all fields including the “Homepage,” with the URL your own website if you have one. Click “submit.”

You will now see a message – “Your account has been created, Your Username. You will now be able to login to detailed listings pages.”

You will also be logged into the listings site and see a new menu at the top, underneath the header which includes these new options:

  • Edit Profile
  • Here you may make changes to your personal profile
  • Add new listing
  • This is where you will add your property for sale.
  • Edit My Listings
  • This option allows you to make changes to any listings. Fort example if you wish to add more photographs or change the sale price.

2. Go to “Add New Listing.”

You will now see another screen with a dropdown menu allowing you to choose betweeen – Residential property, Commercial Property or Land.

3. Choose the appropriate class and click “submit.”

You will then be taken to another screen where you will need to fill in the details of your property for sale. Please fill in all required fields and be as descriptive as possible. When adding price, please be sure and add whicher currency you are selling your property in. e.g. E, for Euros, GBP for British pounds, USD for US dollars etc…..

Beneath this form, you will see another field entitled, `”Home features.”

4. Tick the appropriate boxes and click “Submit.”

You will then see another screen:

list5. Click “Upload Images”

You will be taken to yet another screen allowing you to select photos on your computer to be uploaded.

You may upload up to 7 photographs. Add photos using  the “browse” buttons and click “Upload picture.”

Your listing with photos is now added. Good luck !
