Panama – Trump Ocean Club

Ahmed say’s he is done with Panama real Estate, but my feeling is there is some steam left in the market still. Here is one development still in progress that I believe will provide good property investment opportunities over the coming years.

Trump Ocean Club, Panama City

A $260 million, mixed-use development, the Trump Ocean Club, International Hotel & Tower will be a huge success, I feel. The Trump Organization has teamed with K Group, a premier high-end resort developer in Panama. It will be located in Panama City at the beautiful Punta Pacifica Peninsula.

The project will feature a 66-story condominium tower with approximately 350 hotel condominium units and an additional 600 condominium units – 2.6 million square feet in all. Every one of the units will have an unobstructed view of the ocean.

Hotel/condos are the way forward in Panama I believe and the Trump Ocean Club, International Hotel & Tower will be much more than a high-rise tower. Facilities will include:

The development of the Trump Ocean Club in Panama coincides with Panama’s plans for a $5.5-billion improvement of the Panama Canal. Donald Trump said his interest in Panama was sparked three years ago when his Miss Universe pageant was held in the country. “I am excited to bring the prestige of the Trump Organization to this exceptional destination project,” he said.

With the Ice Tower on ice as it were, the Trump Ocean Club will become the premier building in Panama city and very much worth considering.
