Professional real estate agents and developers are welcome to add listings for a small fee. We understand the current difficulties facing the market and can offer an extremely cost-effective venue.
Basic charges are as follows:
- Opening an account – $5
- Adding one listing – $5
- Adding 5 listings – $25
- Adding 10 listings – $50
- Featured listings – $5 per week per listing.
Account opening. Opening an account is simple and will give you a profile page which can include a link back to your own website.
Adding listings. Adding listings is also very simple. A step by step guide is here.
Featured listings. A featured listing shows a photograph and brief description of you property on every page of IPI for one week. Typically, this will be shown around 25,000 times in a week.
