You are free to add a property for sale any where in the world.And this is not some strange new meaning of the word "free," that involves you paying for something else first to get the "free" service. There is no charge for adding listings.

IPI attracts visitors interested in property investments from around the globe and has a large and growing readership. FSBO or "for sale by owner" websites have been particularly sucessful in the United States, enabling buyers and sellers to connect in a far less expensive environment than through a real estate agent with a vested interested  in selling the property at an artificially inflated price. Until now, there lacked an international resource.

This service is aimed at the private seller rather than professional estate agents, and you are free to add up to three listings at no charge. The listing will expire and disappear after 90 days to ensure any buyers are only searching through fresh listings, rather than wasting time looking at property that has already sold. If the property has failed to sell during this period, you are free to return and re-sumbit the listing.
