Up-scale Canadian Town Houses offered in Dubai

Emaar Canada, the country-subsidiary of Emaar Properties, will begin marketing the development in Dubai of its Wills Creek town houses, the first master-planned community by the company in Canada. Located in South Surrey – British Columbia, Wills Creek will be a fully integrated residential community featuring three- and four-bedroom town homes, near the Morgan Creek golf course. The launch will be held on July 26, 2008, at the Downtown Living Sales Centre and will be open to all nationalities.

Emaar is currently building the world’s tallest skyscraper in Dubai, the Burj Dubai. The company will not disclose what the Burj’s final height will be, but it is already the world’s tallest structure, having surpassed the CN Tower. More floors – equal to two-thirds of the Eiffel Tower – will be added to the top. Emaar is active in markets ranging from Marrakech, Morocco to Karachi, Pakistan – and now Canada with plans to enter the US soon.
